Highlights of an intelligent information model include: * Consist everything being equal, elements and connections between them. * All properties for every unit are exact and explicit. * The essential key for every substance is specific exact. * Foreign (keys perceive the connection between various substances) are determined. * Normalization happens at this level. The means for plotting the legitimate information model are as per the following: 1. Recognize input keys for all elements. 2. Find the connections between various elements. 3. Find all traits for every element. 4. Decide many-to-numerous connections. 5. Standardization. The figure underneath is a case of a consistent information model. Intelligent Data Model The diverse between two reasonable information of the model from the outline and the intelligent information as to be recorded underneath: * Primary keys are available, though in a hypothetical information model, no essential key is available in a coherent information model. * All qualities are determined in an element. No trademark are determined in a calculated information model likewise in a coherent information model, * In a reasonable information model, the connections are essentially set, not express, so we basically realize that two elements are connected, however we don't indicate what qualities are utilized for this relationship. The connections between substances are indicated utilizing essential keys and outside keys in a legitimate information model. Physical Data Model Applied, Logical, and Physical Data Model: Altered or various degrees of deliberation for an information model. This part thoroughly analyzes the three different kinds of information models. Information Integrity: What is information trustworthiness and how it is compulsory and authorized in information warehousing. OLAP-represents On-Line Analytical Processing. The principal explosion to give a definition to OLAP was by Dr. Codd, who proposed 12 guidelines for OLAP. At that point, it was found that this specific white paper was support by one of the OLAP apparatus sellers, along these lines making it drop objectivity. The OLAP Report has proposed the FASMI test, Fast Analysis of Shared Multidimensional Information. Bill Inmon versus Ralph Kimball: These two information warehousing heavyweights have an alternate viewpoint of the job between information stockroom and information bazaar. In the information warehousing field, we every now and again take care of about conversations on where an individual/associations perspective falls into Bill Inmons camp or into Ralph Kimballs camp. We depict underneath the contrast between the two. Bill Inmons worldview: Data stockroom is one piece of the general business insight framework. An undertaking has one information distribution center, and information stores source their data from the information stockroom. In the information stockroom, data is put away in third ordinary structure. Ralph Kimballs worldview: Data stockroom is the combination of all information shops inside the undertaking. Data is constantly put away in the dimensional model. http://www.1keydata.com/datawarehousing/concepts.html There is no precise or off base between these two thought and perspectives, as they represent assorted information warehousing ways of thinking. As a general rule, the information stockroom in many plans is nearer to Ralph Kimballs thought. This is on the grounds that most information distribution centers in a hurry out as a departmental endeavor, and consequently they developed as an information store. Just when more information shops are manufactured later do they form into an information distribution center. There are numerous hypotheses can be utilized in executing the information distribution center and relies upon the measure of information that proper the essentialness of the framework required. These ideas are copyright from the site http://www.1keydata.com/datawarehousing/inmon-kimball.html. The Benefits of information distribution center to the association * The possibility to deal with server undertakings and obligations associated with questioning which isn't utilized by most activity frameworks. * Can be finished inside the great time span * The set up needn't bother with a specialized ability laborers * Data distribution centers are colorful novel that they can go about as a vault, a storehouse for exchange handling frameworks that have been cleaned. * Can deliver reports, information removes, should likewise be possible from outside sources. * Chronological data for skillful and serious investigation * Niche information quality and culmination * Enhancement catastrophe recuperation plans with another information back up source Information Mining Presentation Information mining is the movement of dissecting information from disparate point of view and summing up it into viable data that can be utilized to build benefits, reduces expenses, or both. Frosts Use Of Imagery, Symbolism And Metaphors - Free Essay Example

Most people have heard at least once in their life that hard choice is the right choice and this seems to be the case for the traveler. The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost is a poem about a traveler in the woods on a beautiful autumn day. During his journey through the woods, he comes across a fork in the road. The traveler is now faced with the decision of which path to take. The traveler knows that there is an important decision to make, thus he tries to compare both paths, but ultimately realizes that theyre physically equal. This leaves the traveler torn, but he knows that ultimately the decision has to be made. Similarly, in life decisions must be made, no matter how hard the fork in the road seems. This poem helps the reader grasp how every decision matters and once the decision is made theres no turning back. Thus, the decisions we make should be thoroughly thought out like the traveler even though the road less taken isnt an easy road, although its the most beneficial road. The Road Not Taken, Roberts use of imagery, symbolism, and extended metaphors show the importance of making decisions and its lasting effect. The imagery in The Road Not Taken contributes to the importance of making decisions and its effect on life because without the vivid forest description used it wouldnt make sense why choosing a path was so hard. Because it was grassy and wanted wear, In leaves no step had trodden black, Though as for that the passing there had worn them really about the same. This helps explain how both paths were physically indistinguishable. With this information the reader can conclude that that decision making isnt always cut and dry. The traveler had to leave things up to his conscious and just hope that the decision he made wouldnt be regretted. Similarly, in life not everything is clear, its tempting to make hasty decisions as opposed to contemplative ones. Both decisions might have seemed identical, but theres always one path that is favorable for prosperity. Just because both paths had been passed really about the same doesnt mean that they were both equally challenging. It never mentioned how many travelers completed both paths as opposed to turning back before they saw what the better path had in store for them. This helps the reader understand why the traveler was so adamant about taking his time to review both paths. The best decisions are made by looking past physical traits, but by digging deeper into the outcome in life. As said before, the symbolism in The Road Not Taken contributes to the importance of making decisions and its effect on life by using a traveler who comes across two paths in the woods. Robert states, Two Roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference.. This shows that even the littlest choices prelude to future decisions. It also shows that some of the hardest decision make the biggest impact on life. In Addition, when Robert states, And looked down one as far as I could, to where it bent in the undergrowth, this shows the reader that there are always things that wont be predictable. The traveler could only see a little-ways down both paths ahead until it was no longer visible. Thus, any plans to choose the better path by its appearance would be practically impossible. This relates to everyday life decisions because its not always possible to predict the future and its never fun feeling not unprepared and anxious for the future. This is why its important to figure out what both paths offer in life before its too late. Additionally, the extended metaphors in The Road Not Taken contribute to the importance of making decisions and its effect on life, through Roberts analogy of a literal road and human decisions. The road serves as both the choices people make and the actual paths people choose in life. Robert states. Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both.. This shows that sometimes people will be faced with indecision to the point where they can no longer easily tell right from wrong. In addition, Robert states, Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back, I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a yellow wood and I, I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference.. This is another reminder that life isnt easy. There will be times full of doubt and confusion but that its crucial to move on and learn from prior mistakes. The traveler makes it clear that without his decis ion he wouldnt be the person he is, likewise, in life, the choices made shape a persons character traits and way of living. Everybody will be faced with a road in life and will be given the choice of two directions, although its much easier to be successful on a unique path and stand out, rather than blend in and take the common path with everyone else. All in all, the All in all, Roberts use of imagery, symbolism, and extended metaphors help open the readers understand how crucial decision making can be in life. Every decision in life has an effect whether its big or small. Even though the decisions in life wont be easy, its still up to the reader to decide what journey is right for them, whether its traveled by often or not. Lastly, once the decision is made theres no going back, so its important to properly consider both roads.

The Story of Cain and Abel(Summarized) Essay - 632 Words

The Story of Cain and Abel(Summarized) Generally, when believers in Christianity hear the word Cain, they immediately think of brother-slayer, hell, and all sorts of evil. Who was Cain and what led him to be a brother-slayer? In my essay, I shall tell the tragic story of two brothers and how their brotherhood ends in utter destruction. This story shows how just one ounce of jealousy can cause cold-blooded murder. Cain was indeed the cause of his brothers brutal murder. The story of Cain comes from the Old Testament in the Bible. Adams wife, Eve, becomes pregnant and has her first child, who is truly insincere, selfish, and later on, commits the ultimate taboo; he murders his own flesh and blood. This childs name is Cain.†¦show more content†¦The Lord then asks Cain why he is frowning. He says to Cain that if Cain had done the correct thing, he would be happy and smiling, but since his conscience is impure, he is unhappy. A few days later, Cain says to Abel, Lets go out in the fields (Genesis Ch.4: 8). While they are out in the field, Cain murders his one and only brother. The Lord asks Cain where Abel is, and Cain lies, claiming he does not know. The Lord knows he is lying and places a curse on him. This curse prohibits him from growing any more crops on his land. If Cain does attempt to grow crops, nothing will come to harvest. In my opinion, the Lord is not harsh enough because He puts a mark on Cains forehead as a protection from death. No person can kill him. If anyone tries, seven lives will be taken. This is Cains punishment for the killing of his one and only brother. In the story of Beowulf, all evil things, such as the monsters, Grendel and his mother, and later on the dragon, are referred to as descendants of Cain. In the Anglo-Saxon period of Beowulf, all evil was believed to exist because of Cain. Beowulf is the Savior, who represents good, who fights all evil in order to sustain happiness of all the people. He is the hero of all heroes. Once he takes a vow, he stands by it. This story of Cain and Abel is in the Old Testament of the Bible. Many Christian followers, just as the Anglo-Saxons did, still look upon this story as an important moral teaching. Thesis Paper on Social Networking - 1552 Words

Emmanuel Colon Mrs. Albuquerque English IIII 22 March 2011 Social Networking Social networking has been around for years whether it’s facebook, twitter, youtube, myspace, etc. It has been studied since the beginning of the 20th century. A social network service is a web site that allows people to create a public profile for everyone to see. There are both positive and negative effects of social networking. Facebook is the most used and populated website on the web. Facebook was launched seven years ago and has already attracted over a half a billion people around the world and it still continues to grow. Three years ago facebook wasn’t as a popular as it is now with only 8 % of the U.S. population signed on to facebook. Today, more than†¦show more content†¦However, there are also some negative aspects of social networking. Some people tend to get cyber bullied on the internet. A child or teen usually gets tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed, or targeted by another child or teen using the internet or even on mobile phones. Some people commit suicide because of the mean things that people say to them. For this to not happen the best thing to do is delete the account and stay offline for a while until the stalkers have gotten tired of the whole thing. However, you should report it to the police before doing this. It can also lead into depression. Some people tend to make fun of others such as calling them ugly or fat. This may tend to make that person emotional and depressed and may lower their self-esteem. Although their self-esteem is already low this can lead them to committing suicide. Teens like their own privacy no matter what it is they’re doing. Sometimes they just need to be left alone. That’s another thing about cyber bullying. Some strangers invade on others privacy. Some strangers may want to help teens with the problems they are facing, but if you can’t help them at least do not harm them. Media Violence And Children By Jeff J. Mcintyre - 1765 Words

Popular culture impacts our everyday lives. It influences us into falling for advertisements that makes us want to buy a product or change our way of thinking. For instance, television, a vital key in popular culture, promotes topics that mold our minds for better or for worse especially in children. In the article, â€Å"APA Congressional Testimony on Media Violence and Children†, Jeff J. McIntyre claims that the substantial exposure of violence in the media is affecting the minds of younger children in a negative way. He has a concerned tone, which encourage s readers to question the media. Not only is the media affecting children, but he also points out that parents are one of the reasons that kids are being over exposed to violence. He claims that â€Å"most adults see [advertisements] as a relatively harmless annoyance† (McIntyre 94). While he does admit that the media is essentially the cause for children becoming violent, he also suggests that most parents don’t feel it’s an issue but just an â€Å"annoyance† (McIntyre 94). What McIntyre is trying to get through is that without the help of parents children will continue to mimic everything they watch on television or movies. His purpose in writing this article is to convince the reader that there should be more restrictions from promoting violence in television shows, movies, and advertisements. Throughout the article he uses a worried tone to convince readers into protecting their children from violence on television. He hopes to inform society of the e ffects of violence in the media towards children in order to minimize the amount of dangerous behavior. McIntyre support was effective when using evidence for his

War and Death in Soldier Written by Rupert Brooke Essay

What is war? Is war a waste? Is war honorable? I view war as a necessary evil. Sometimes it has to happen for good to triumph over bad. War poets like Wilfred Owen, writer of Anthem for doomed youth focus on death in war and the dehumanization of solders. In contrast Soldier written by Rupert Brooke thinks that to die in war, to be the noblest death. And Siegfried Sassoon’s Suicide in the trenches focuses on the youthful soldiers deaths being the responsibility of war promoters. Anthem for Doomed Youth Owens Anthem for Doomed Youth is written from a soldier’s perspective and is influenced by his own experiences in the First World War. He viewed war as a waste, as in his time of duty he saw countless deaths that did not have to occur. He†¦show more content†¦In the last stanza, Owen says â€Å"†¦but in their eyes shall shine the holy glimmers of good-byes. The pallor of girls’ brows shall be in their pall†. Here Owen illustrates the loved ones reactions to finding that their men have died. The dead soldiers are deprived of traditional funeral rites and can only be mourned from afar. Owen focuses on the family grief and loss to express the sorrow war causes. His overall purpose is to contradict war poets like Rupert Brooke who glorify war and claim dying for your country to be honorable. The Soldier was written by Rupert Brooke nearing the end of the First World War. His views carry a message of hope for the post war period. He talks of the achievements of soldiers in the war, as opposed to Owen who mostly focused on death. Brooke mainly focuses of the patriotic values and dying for ones country to be a great honor, and glamorizes war by implying that it is necessary. Brooke’s overall message is persuading young men to enlist to fight and die for their country. Which I do not agree with, I believe that if someone is willing to go to war and most likely die, if they really love their country and know how useful they could be, they would make up their minds for themselves rather than being persuaded by a man who ready to die himself. Financial Management Policies-Free-Samples-Myassignmenthelp.com

Questions: 1.Critically evaluate Aveos Financial Management policies and practices with respect to their Social Responsibility and social outcomes of their actions 2.Using publicly available data, analyse Aveo as an investment proposition with particular reference to its share price history and history of traded volumes over the past 2 years. Answers: Introduction Efficient financial management is the essence of an organization and this is the reason why financial management policies like capital management, dividend policy are given due recognition. In relation to Aveo Group, the policies implemented by it have assisted it to make a strong progress over the years. An analysis has been done to shed light on the goals of Aveo and whether the corporation should consider the influence of financial decision on sustainability and responsibility. Goals of Aveo Firstly, the Group intends to obtain continuity of flexibility and funding and for such purpose, it utilizes bank loans, overdraft facilities, finance leases, etc in addition to other sources of income. It also reviews its current lines of funding so that future requirements can be addressed. This allows the Group to enhance its flexibility by matching the profiles of cash flow requirements with that of short-term investments. Further, this also allows for timing the negotiation of various credit facilities (Bauer Hann, 2010). This assists the Group in enhancing the efficacies of their social responsibility actions that is its main priority. Secondly, it recognizes the importance of management of capital and for such purpose; it ensures that a mix of funding options are utilized. Besides, this is done in alignment with the objective of maximizing shareholders returns. Further, it intends to maintain a capital structure that can assure a lowest available WACC (weighted average cost o f capital). In relation to this, the Group attempts to maintain its gearing ratio in the range of ten and twenty percent. This can be proved by the fact that its gearing ratio was 17.4% in the year 2015. Moreover, in order to attain advantage from variations in the cost of capital, the Group may adjust such capital structure including variations in dividend payable to shareholders, adjusting the level of debts, etc (Damodaran, 2010). Thirdly, in order to ensure that the resources of the Group are not hampered, it ensures that customers who are willing to trade on credit terms are properly subjected to credit scrutinization processes including an evaluation of their financial position, regulation of industries, etc. Further, the Group also possesses a cash management policy that allows it to maintain liquid cash and other portfolio investments so that preservation of cash is done at all times (Melville, 2013). This can play a key role for the Group in the proper investment of resourc es for the attainment of prime goals and objectives (Bauer Hann, 2010). Moreover, management of working capital can also be done with the help of such financial management practice so that future complications and risks can be avoided, and the resources can be committed to enhancing the lives of aged people in Australia. Fourthly, Aveo also possesses a securities trading policy wherein employees and directors are restricted from dealing in the securities of the company especially in the prevalence of price-sensitive information in order to safeguard insider trading (Aveo, 2017). Lastly, in relation to investments, the Group has an investment policy wherein when it comes to joint ventures and associates; the same is done through an equity-accounted investment measure so that the key social objective of development of retirement villages can be easily taken care of (Williams, 2012). Code of ethics, ethical theories, corporate social responsibility In relation to financial decisions on social responsibility and sustainability, not a slight carelessness can be undertaken. This is because of the fact that Aveo being badly accused of ripping its customers at their retirement villages even though it intends to maximize social responsibility through their actions. Even though Aveo is focused on retirement only by investing more than $700 million towards retirement items and services, yet it must consider the ramification of their financial decisions towards on sustainability and social responsibility. Aveo denies that it pursues a policy to churn the residents and states that most of its residents are happy. However, the truth is that the company has used complicated contracts and exorbitant fees to enhance its profits (Paradise Rogoff, 2009). Moreover, even though the company has denied to the same, yet there are cases of many residents facing intense issues because of the company (Kruger, 2015). This can be proved by the fact tha t the companys three different sources of income, despite being focused towards the lifestyle of residents, yet are causing troubles to them. The Group rakes in cash from the sales price received from the occupants, it also charges a management fee for various services offered, and a deferred management fee (DMF) is also taken after vacation of the unit. All these have fetched immense profits to the Group as it rose to $116 million in 2016 surpassing the expectations of the analysts. The accusations implanted upon the Group have made it realize that many customers were let down because of its financial decisions on sustainability and therefore, it has reconsidered its plans by strengthening and improving its own complaints and processes of incident handling that includes a need for independent mediation (Libby et. al, 2011). Further, it has also endeavored to make its contracts simpler so that the residents have adequate certainties about what they spend (Aveo, 2017). Moreover, it c an be seen from the annual report of Aveo that it has taken every relevant step to ensure that its customers are properly looked after but it must also consider the consequences of their financial decisions because many consumers encountered losses and other issues because of the Groups policy. According to various investigations, it was found that many residents were slipping through cracks in the regulatory system. This is because many authorities like the Consumer Affairs did not have enough powers to prevent such business practice of Aveo (Albuquerque et. al, 2013). Even lawyers have defined various clauses in the contracts of Aveo as draconian and complex. Therefore, on a whole, even though the major corporate Aveo has denied all the allegations, yet residents have encountered issues both mentally and financially. The Group intends to enhance the living style of its customers but every time it was proved that its main intention is to enhance profits. Besides, most of its profits derived from exit fees in the year 2016 that shows how much unsatisfied the consumers were. Hence, even if the accusations are untrue, the problems occurred to the residents cannot be unreal and it is just because of the ineffective financial decisions conducted by the company (Aveo, 2017). Thus, the Group must take into account the ramifications of their decisions on sustainability because if not, more residents will be caught in such financial prison. 2.Aveo as an Investment Going by the overall study and an in-depth research it can be said that the customers remained unsatisfied with the company and it is purely dedicated on reaping profits leaving other factors ignored. As per the study, it is seen that the acts of the organization have led to major issues and has affected the performance. Therefore, as per the evaluation, it can be said that the company is riding under immense difficulties and hence, any wrong or negative new can badly degrade its position in the stock market (Damodaran, 2012). Hence, investment at the current juncture would lead to difficulty as volatility is present and share has taken a sharp dive. Therefore, for the purpose of investment, it must be left to operate and must be kept under the radar so that a decision can be taken in the near future. Causes of fluctuations in the share price and the volumes traded The Aveo group share price pattern reveals that there has been volatility in the share prices. However, the overall trend was strong until 2017 where the graph was indicating higher high and higher low. However, in the year 2017, the share price plunged owing to negative media investigation that concerns the operational performance. The share prices of Aveo group became the worst performers on the Australian Stock Exchange when it declined by eleven percent following the allegations made by Four Corners and Fairfax Media. However, the company has witnessed major volatility in the prices of its shares and even the volume in the last two years. The major underlying reasons behind such volatility can be attributed to the performance of the Group and satisfaction on the part of its residents. When it comes to volatility it affects the prices of the shares and the volume too (Davies Crawford, 2012). Before such investigation claiming unethical practices conducted on the part of the Group, there were customers who were unsatisfied with the contracts of the company. For such purpose, Aveo endeavored to simplify the contracts in a way that it makes it simpler for the residents to understand. This assisted in enhancing the share prices of the Group and it can be proved by the fact that based on a survey, more than ninety percent of residents were satisfied with the services provided by the company (Ronngard, 2016). In addition, since the past two years following the rollout of Aveo contract, more than 2000 customers have gained from the simplification of the contract and it is increasing day-by-day. Moreover, this has resulted in doubling the profits of the company that has enhanced its share price by 10pc in the year 2017. Further, in the year 2016, the acquisition of Freedom Aged Care Pty Ltd allowed the company to diversify its services across Australia that also increased its prices of shares (Aveo, 2017). Furthermore, one year ago, the company moved to full authority over another operator named Retirement Villages Group that allowed it to absorb the remaining twenty seven percent of the stake it did not hold. As a result, there was an enhanced contribution from the sales of development units that was greater than the sales of its current units. This can be proved by the fact that the Group recorded an interim sales of 108 (development) in comparison to 29 of 353 overall sales that incurred in the first half of 2016. Besides, the development arm of the company contributed more than eight percent to the earnings of the Group in the past years that have in turn maximized its share prices. However, even though the company recorded efficient results, yet its practices became questionable under the eyes of the law that eventually played a key role in decreasing its share prices (Horngren, 2013). Besides, even though the contracts were simplified, yet many residents were unhappy and when the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission took over the case, hearing such news resulted in a decline of its share price by 5pc. Any questionable fact is considered by the market with utmost negativity and impacts the smooth operation of the company (Benabou Tirole, 2010). Due to all these questionable practices on the part of the Group, it finally decided to launch a $145 million buyback program so that it can enhance the prices of its shares. However, the Group could not encounter the questionable allegations even though it spent millions on advertising to avoid such accusations (Aveo, 2017). This resulted in a class action against the Group that declined its share prices by more than ten percent. Therefore, it is imperative that the company failed to prove the reason and give a complete justification of the happening. Hence, any further proceedings in the case can lead to more volatility and hence, Aveo at present is under difficulties and should not be considered for any investment purpose. It must be allowed to resurrect so that the trend or the pattern can be known. Conclusion The study above clearly indicates that Aveo has faced difficulty in operation and is mainly due to the external scenario. Hence, it is the duty of the management to ensure that the company should be free from all such allegation by laying down a structure of strong corporate governance. It needs to be noted that any wrong or negative news can bring the stock prices to a big fall. This affects the goodwill of the company and leads to a disturbance in the stock market. Overall, the market scenario of the company remains in a bearish mode and the sharp plunge in the stock prices must be considered before taking any vital decision. In all probability, the current scenario of the company is not a good bet for investment. At present the trend is unknown and hence, the stock must be left to operate on its own and decision must be taken accordingly. Cheers Company Business Expansion Samples †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Cheers Company Business Expansion. Answer: Introduction The Australian market is huge and suitable for almost every product but is not big enough to accommodate the ideas of focused entrepreneurs. According to Jensen and Cornwell (2017), growth-minded business people often focus on the rest of the world as their oyster. The same study denotes that the idea of seeking international growth is essential for global entrepreneurs to access more opportunities for customers, with the aim of profit expansion. Focusing the expansion of a business into the international market enables the business to extend the sales life of the existing services and products into the new markets. International business expansion also gives a business competitive experience of the international business competition, an aspect that can give them an added advantage in their ground as pointed out by van Dijk and Buijs (2016, p. 3). Like other global companies, themanagement of CHEERS Company has the desire of expanding their business into the international market with a focus on Brazil and India. This paper hence evaluates the nature of business in the selected countries with a focus on the opportunities and risks that can affect the business. The paper hence settles in examining India as a suitable country for expansion. It then presents the applicable methods of entry into the chosen market. Analysis of risks and opportunities in Indian and Brazilian Markets The craft beer has continued to grow over the past years in India with an increase of 6%. In the year 2014 and 2015 and has grown twice faster compared to the previous years but at a low rate over the past decade (Reuben 2010). There has been an uneven dynamic change in growth rates in the last two preceding years of 2015 and 2016 respectively. The average retail price for beer in 2014-2015 was about 80 rupees, but it has continued growing up to about 120 rupees. Beer forms one of the most consumed products in India. India, with a population of about 1.28 billion, translating to about 18% of the total planet population, it is observable that only about 600 million of the total population is falling below the poverty line. The population barely have food to eat, therefore, does not consider liquor in their daily budgets as their daily income can even afford to sustain the basic needs (Reuben 2010). The population mostly resides in rural areas that are characterized by the poorly devel oped economy and infrastructure. From the remaining 600 million of the population, only about 400 million are below the drinking age hence leaving the 200 million people in the bracket drinking. Among this 200 million, who may be either taking alcohol or not, with a probability of 0.5, it will leave 100 million people who are potential alcohol consumers. According to WHO about is 68% of the world population does not consume alcohol, but in India, the percentage is a bit higher. India is a young country of an average age of 25.1 years and the portion of people of age up to 24 years takes about 47% making the market for beer to be more promising for the Brewers. The number of the potential beer consumers tends to increase by about a million in every year, caused by the constant balance of growth and loss of population (Reubens 2010). The light beer consumption in India can be translated to the poorly developed retail network, making the consumers travel a longer distance and queue at the stores only for them to be abl e to buy beers. The stress that one undergoes tends to discourage a large number of people who may have the urge to consume beer; they will eventually opt for other types of alcohol such as industrialized beers. Consequentially, most of the beer consumers in India are characterized as affluent people with non-conservative who consider it more luxurious expensive item. The correlation between the GDP and the volume of the beer consumption in underdeveloped countries with low incomes such as Sri-Lanka is double of that of India (Appelegate et al. 2013, p. 89).The growth of beer market is mostly affected by the government regulation. The western countries where is observable that the married people take more alcohol than the unmarried unlike in India, the married couple tends to take less alcohol due to the low incomes. The low wages cannot be enough for other budgets and beers. The low GDP and beer consumption can also be related to the religion and philosophy, where the religious beliefs control the decisive influence on the beer consumption. It is common that the Islam and Sikh religions prohibit the use of alcohol and are very strict more than Christianity and Hinduism Hinduism is the dormant religion forming of about 78.4% while Muslims forms about 14.8%, therefore, from the studies it is realizable that most of the alcohol consumers are the Hin dus and Christians. The Mahatma Gandhi philosophy has been one of the primary facilitators of anti-alcohol consumption movement in India. Gandhi always encouraged people to be sober and assisted those people suffering from alcohol in regaining their health after abstaining from alcohol. Gandhis actions against alcoholism were promoted by the nation's ban on alcoholism after independence and the commitment to abstain from it that was stipulated in the constitution and is still effective up to now. There are 29 states in India with separate marketing boundaries. It is observable that a market can frequently show a constant growth in certain specific regions but fail to make good sales in the neighbouring areas (Reubens 2010). The main problem is that most of the Indian brewers do not have control over the pricing of the beer since mostly it is regulated by the government policies such as excise, special VAT, and different alcoholic licenses. Therefore the regulation is seen as dualism since the complete ban will see that there is no revenue collected for the government which is very important. Through this control of beer sales, 2/3 is achievable from the state companies. Therefore, even with small drinking population, India became the second largest world consumer of alcohol and tended to increase in the future though offers little opportunity to the business. Craft beer movement continues to grow in Brazil even though it does not offer the threat to major players in the sector. According to the Brazilian Beer Association, the craft beer market is expecting an increase of about 10% shortly (Alonso et al., 2017). According to the study, the figure of craft beer is more impressive when compared to the 3% perceived increase of the industrialized beers. The increase comes as the craft breweries are building their reputation, brands, increasing their volumes and improving their brands to meet the quality demanded by the Brazilians beer-drinkers. According to studies, Brazil forms the third biggest country in the globe that consumes beer with 1,252 kg and hold about 6.6% of the global share (Casey 2010). Beer in Brazil represents the highest proportion of the liquor market with 60% followed by spirits with 36% and 4% of the wine. Pilsner is the most consumed beer in Brazil with 98% market share as 50% is consumed in the bars and restaurants 45% being distributed through the supermarkets and liquor stores. Most of the beer consumers in Brazil are the young age a population of about 61% it is still observable as relatively small customers due to the low purchasing power. As much it is the third largest beer producing country in the world, the per capita consumption in Brazil is relatively small. The growth rate has increased substantially to about 6.6% per year between the year of 2008 and 2013. The increase is perceivable as twice more than the growth seen in most of the mass producing regions. There has been growing interest in production and consumption has been influencing by the increase in the income. It is observable that the income growth in Brazil is continually expanding at the rate of 3.8% per year. The income elasticity of demand for the beer with a 1% increases the consumers demand the beer by 1.2%. Hence, it is an implication that there is a critical opportunity for growth in the brewing industry (Casey 2010) Brazil crafts beer market consists of more than 300 small breweries that sell its products three times more than the industrial beer brands. Therefore, it is possible for Brazil to register an increase in the market growth over the few years in future hence crafting beer industry has a potential opportunity in Brazil. Selected destination country For many businesses, Errichiello (2017) denote that developed countries such as Japan, Mexico, Europe, and Canada among others are often the obvious and primary targets for most entrepreneurs. However, the Indian market is an example of other fast growing and less competitive markets that are ripe for global business expansion (Husain 2016, p. 72). When a foreign business in advancing towards expansion in a chosen market, it is essential to focus on the infrastructure, the culture of the people, acceptability of the product into the market, and whether there is a familiarity with the product (van Dijk Buijs 2017, P. 89). With stable economic activities such as intensive agricultural activities like horticulture, aquaculture, aviculture, sericulture, etc, the Indian market has strong economic growth just like other emerging economies such as Nigeria, China, Russia, and Turkey among others (Mirsa 2009, p. 110). Technological expansion has also made business easier through the adoption of the e-commerce in addition to greater government support for businesses and companies with the desire to expand overseas as pointed out by Jian and Jing (2017). The same study as well denotes that the mining of crude oil puts money into the hands of the citizens hence giving them the ability to purchase the CHEERS Company products. Discussion and justification of the proposed entry into the chosen market In whatever suitable method of business entry into the international market, themanagement of the company needs to consider certain specific aspects that have both direct and indirect effects of the business (El Kahal 2001, p. 227). For instance, cultural differences, language issues, and legislation are among the primary aspects that should be considered. The study asserts that a business needs to understand the possible influences that the local culture may have on the business to effectively operate with the people as the target customers. It hence requires effective sales and marketing skills that would identify the cultural aspects that need to be considered for effective operation of the business in the Indian market. Even though English is adopted as the most common global business language globally, it will be more effective if the business markets its products in the local language spoken by the target market, an aspect that will require CHEERS to hire professional translato rs and market agencies in the first days of operation into the market. In a systematic review, Mieg (2014) denotes that legislation varies widely in the international market and hence requires the company to adhere to the local laws that govern all foreign businesses operating in the chosen market. In a systematic study, van Dijk and Buijs (2017) denote that there are several methods of entry that can be adopted by a business with the aim of entering into a foreign market. For instance, CHEERS Company Limited can begin with exporting its products into the market. Exportation it is regarded as the easiest and most effective method of business entry into a foreign market that is commonly used by many international companies. The company is a planned exporter that wishes to expand its presence in India. The company can hence begin with exporting its products into the market as a way of monitoring the response of the customers towards its products before physically locating into the market. Anderson and Gatignon (2011) denote that exporting products often requires less investment and is adopted by many international businesses as a handy way of testing and developing the international strategy without a greater commitment. Through exporting, the company can concentrate its producti on in a single location allowing for quality control measures and better economies of scale. The company can as well adopt joint ventures as an arrangement between CHEERS and another competing company in the chosen market with the aim of investment where every business has a share in both themanagement and financial running of the business. According to Jensen and Cornwell (2017), joint ventures are often adopted as an alternative to building a wholly owned manufacturing operation. This method of entry has advantages such as sharing the capital outlay, reducing possible risks such less reduced government interventions, closer control over production, management, and production among other business operations. The joint venture will also give the company better local market intelligence from the indigenous joint venture companies. The company, however, needs to take care of the concept of conflict of interest such as amount invested, profit shares, marketing strategy, and business management. Conclusion From the study, it is evident that business expansion into the international market is essential for every entrepreneur with the desire for market expansion. As a fast growing economy, the Indian market is a suitable market for the expansion of the business than Brazil. Working on building an international brand presence by CHEERS in the chosen market requires the management of the organization to think globally and adopt comprehensive business strategies that will be effective in ensuring proper entry. Therefore, it means that there is a need for care when it comes to the choice of entry of the business into the market as some countries allow restricted levels of import while other methods are questionable on the practical basis. The company also need to gather historical information of the currency value fluctuations as well as the export and import timelines in addition to the laws and regulations governing international business in the Indian market.
